It is now time to honour my commitment to comment on the public value papers produced by the Inquiry into the Future of Lifelong Learning. This is one of the most serious attempts to apply the concept in an educational setting and each of the papers has both analysis and evidence that should be used to carry forward our discussions around this topic.
